What does a specialist in reconstructive dentistry do?
Reconstructive dentistry focuses on preserving and restoring teeth and replacing missing teeth when necessary. It becomes particularly relevant when several problems interact – for example tooth wear, old restorations, missing teeth, periodontal conditions, implant requirements and changes in the bite.
