I hope these lines find you in the midst of a joyful and contemplative Christmas season. Since August 1, 2023, it has been an extraordinary honor for me to continue the practice of my highly esteemed predecessor, Dr. Alexander Müller.

The past weeks and months have given me the opportunity to personally get to know many of you. I am deeply impressed by the warm encounters and the friendly reception I have received. Your willingness to welcome me into the familiar practice has allowed for a warm introduction.

In this festive season, I would like to take the opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude for your long-standing loyalty. It brings me great joy to consider you as a valuable part of our practice community. My commitment is to continue the familiar attention and caring support that Dr. Müller has provided over the years. In a doctor-patient relationship, it is essential to build trust and understanding. Therefore, I warmly invite you to share your experiences and thoughts with us – an invitation to an open dialogue about what is already optimal from your perspective and where we can improve.

At the same time, I ask for your understanding if there have been delays recently. Your initial visit requires a significant amount of time for the entire team. I strive to familiarize myself with the information about your health, some of which goes back over 30 years, while updating it to ensure no important details are overlooked. Additionally, dental cleanings and check-ups are performed, and I take the time to get to know you personally. Your health and satisfaction are of great importance to me, and each of you is unique and deserves our full attention. Once I have had the opportunity to personally meet each of you, these temporary delays will be better manageable. We appreciate your understanding and are confident that this is the right first step to ensure a long and successful collaboration.
